We have a new cooking challenge for this years show the ‘Cox-Hagger Challenge’ - best Patty Cakes, prizes are as follows - 1st $50, 2nd $30 & 3rd $20!!!
Helpful Tips
Classes will state what is required. Pay attention to quantity stated and direction advice.
Choose good quality ingredients, such as butter as it will always taste much better.
Judges will check that your Patty Cakes are uniform in size and shape.
